Monetary reimbursement would not apply for any of our beauty care products purchased from other sources or locations. If you would like to return any skin care product for a free exchange, please return the product container with its ½ original content along with a 60-day proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping charges for the returned items. We will refund or exchange for the unsatisfied item.
