When was the last time you put yourself first? It’s important to take time to nourish our mind, body, and soul. Slow down, drink some water and relax! Self care Sunday can be as little as five minutes or as long as the whole day! Here’s some great ways to spend #SelfCareSunday.
 
At the top of the #SelfCareSunday list: getting a massage! Massages are very important when it comes to caring for our body (especially when under stress). Another way to spend your #SelfCareSunday is to try out a new hobby or activity you've been meaning to try! The work week can become very busy and limit you from trying new things! Try rollerblading with some friends around your park, painting a beautiful landscape, or breaking out the family camera and taking some photos. A hobby should be an essential part to everyone’s daily life, because it’s a way to get away from all the chaos!
   
Lastly, another way to spend #SelfCareSunday is to spoil yourself. Buy something you've been wanting for a long time, but have never gotten around to buying. You deserve to spoil yourself every once in a while! You’ve worked so hard during the week, go out and get a mani pedi or a new outfit. Don’t limit yourself and go do the things you’ve been putting off.
