How to Be Really Wealthy?

Mahatma Gandhi once said, “It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver”. These words so crucial in contemporary world, when we are living a hectic life and try to wear multiple hats at the same time. Healthy lifestyle is the key to happy and successful life because if a person has health issues, there is nothing else that she or he can really create or be happy about. So, health is real wealth and really ‘wealthy’ are those who have good health.

 Thus, to be ‘wealthy’ we need to take care of our bodies and minds. There are different ways that can bring peace to mind, such as yoga and meditation, zen and mindfulness. We make a choice of having a peaceful and healthy mind every day as well as the choice of having a healthy body. There are three conditions for keeping  a healthy body, which are regularly exercising, balanced diet and the usage of natural and organic care products.

In the recent interview with the People magazine and the relevant article there Savannah Chrisley described her healthy lifestyle choices and how she manages to maintain it despite a lot of pressure from Hollywood. She has been partnering with South Beach Diet and confessed that, “It’s been great for me because it’s easy and it works. It’s just about a healthy lifestyle. It’s not like, ‘I’m on a diet.’ I’m working towards having a healthy lifestyle”.
